Mission Statement

REMOTE SITE SOLUTIONS is the leading service provider to the Gas and Oil Industry as well as other remote site projects in Sub - Saharan Africa. Our mission is to continually improve our services and levels of quality to meet all our stakeholders' aspirations. The remote site services industry is extremely challenging and our goals and objectives are to stay ahead of the competition by constantly employing new technology, the latest products and most importantly the best people. To achieve our aim we offer all stakeholders three pillars of strength for them to attain and maintain a competitive advantage:

RSS was founded by Gavin Vos and Joao Louro, out of the necessity to provide a `one stop` solution basket for the remote site services industry.

The company's founding directors have in excess of 20 years of combined experience in the provision of services to remote site projects throughout East Africa. The other directors bring to the forefront proven capabilities in the areas of finance, project management, construction, catering, marketing and client relationships.

This combination of experience, skill, exposure, professionalism and talent covers all facets of camp site logistics and affords the company a distinct and confident competitive advantage with respect to the inherent capabilities from which our solutions are formulated.

Our solutions are implemented with an entrenched objective of profound relationships with our Clients. A deep and thorough understanding of individual Client requirements and operating environments, leveraging off cost effectiveness and operational efficiencies, ensures that our services are maximized and Client satisfaction is sustained.

Our stakeholders are our priorities and these include the local communities and the host governments of each of the countries where our projects are based. Our focus is on the empowerment of local individuals through employment as well as awareness, consideration and respect towards the economic, social and environmental variables, cultures and conditions prevalent within the project boundaries and countries concerned.
